1. One-to-One Couple Support
Strengthen your relationship, strengthen your family
Our bespoke Prepare/Enrich programme offers tailored one-to-one support for couples. This evidence-based programme focuses on:
- communication
- managing conflict
- dealing with stress
- the impact of your family of origin
- differences in personality
- navigating Navy life
- parenting challenges.

Couples looking to enhance their relationship and strengthen their family dynamics.

2. Online bitesize seminars – just 90 minutes
All seminars run on Zoom in the evening from 7.30 to 9.00 pm, on Thursdays

3. Parenting courses for parents of primary school aged children with ADHD and / or autism
Parenting children with ADHD – Next Zoom course starting on 6th October 2026
Eight online sessions, covering:
- coping with feelings
- meeting your child’s emotional needs
- channel your child’s energy
- boost your parent/child relationship
- improve their self-esteem
- use effective discipline
- tips for home, school & wider family.

Parenting children with Autism – Next Zoom course TBC
Eight online sessions, covering:
- understanding more about ASD
- working with your child’s unique personality and abilities
- helping your child with issues of communication and social interaction
- meeting the emotional needs of your child
- handling special interests and repetitive behaviour
- dealing with oppositional behaviour using practical strategies
- tips for home, school and the wider family.

4. Big Emotions – Parenting course for parents of children who struggle with big emotions and outbursts
Next Zoom course starting on: 13th October 2026
A 4-week online supportive parenting course for parents/carers to learn practical strategies, share experiences with others who understand and build confidence in managing challenging behaviours at home.
What we’ll cover:
- understanding and responding to big feelings
- dealing with outbursts and meltdowns
- managing challenging or aggressive behaviour
- using consequences that work
- looking after yourself as a parent.

5. Online Course for Couples Where One or Both People are Neurodivergent
Next Zoom course starting on: 12th October 2026
Facilitator Focus Mode: You can join anonymously, no pressure to speak.
A supportive course for couples who want to understand each other better, reduce conflict and build connection. Running over 4 weeks, plus two optional sessions on topics of the group’s choice.
Who is this for? Couples where one or both people are neurodivergent.
What we’ll cover:
- Understanding stress, burnout and neurodivergence and how this affects relationships
- Improving communications and resolving conflict
- Building trust and emotional connection
- Creating a stronger, more resilient relationship together

6. Child-Parent Relationship (C-P-R) Training
Next in-person group meetings starting on: 6th October 2026. Venue in Hampshire TBC.
A free 10-sessions therapeutic parenting skills group for parents of children aged 3-12 years.
Parenting can be difficult…
Do you find yourself getting frustrated with your child more often than laughing with them? Do you find yourself saying the same things over and over with no results? Do you want to strengthen your relationship with your child? Do you feel you have lost touch with your child and don’t feel as close as you’d like? Do you feel like you have lost control of your role as a parent?
If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of the above questions C-P-R training can help!

- Understanding your child’s emotional needs
- Developing your child’s self-control and self-esteem
- Setting effective limits on inappropriate behaviour
